1. The Program

Coco is the AI assistant for Mike DiFilippo, owner of Flip Ventures LLC. Coco texts from (908) 374-0406, and only to people who have agreed to receive her texts. Messages are about things Mike has asked Coco to handle with you, such as scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and replies to messages you send. Coco does not send marketing or promotional texts.

2. How to Opt In

Text START to (908) 374-0406.

You'll receive a confirmation text. Nobody is added to this program without texting START themselves.

If you text Coco first, she may reply to your message. That reply is limited to the conversation you started.

3. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive one final text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and Coco will not text you again unless you text START.

4. Help

Reply HELP for help, or email info@flipvc.com.

5. Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on your conversations with Coco.
Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Sample Messages

Coco (Flip Ventures): Hi Sam, Mike asked me to confirm dinner Saturday at 7pm. Does that still work? Reply STOP to opt out.

Coco (Flip Ventures): Reminder: Mike's call with you is tomorrow at 10am. Reply STOP to opt out.
